This Privacy Policy explains how ZONID, operated by Quczo Private Limited, India ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Android app ZONID – Location ID & Shops (package com.zonid.app) and the website zonid.in.
ZONID lets you create Location IDs, find nearby shops, order for pickup, book local vehicles and drivers, book beauty parlour and salon appointments, and find workers and jobs. By using the app you agree to this policy. Contact: info@zonid.in.

We collect only what is needed to run the features you use.

| Job-seeker profile | Created only with your consent. Only an approximate (about 1 km rounded) location is shown to others. |
| Shop, showroom & salon details | Shop type, address parts (street, area, landmark, town, PIN), opening hours; for salons also the type (Ladies / Gents / Unisex), services offered, home-service and women-staff options, AC and discount flags. |
| Salon bookings | Your name, phone, preferred time, the services you choose and an optional note, shared with the salon you book. |
| Taxi / Auto documents | If you register a taxi or auto: a vehicle photo (shown on the listing) and your driving licence and RC book photos. The licence and RC photos are stored in a private folder, readable only by you and ZONID administrators for verification; they are never shown to other users. |
| Verification status | Whether a shop, vehicle or salon is pending, approved, rejected or blocked after administrator review. |
| Reports | If you report a listing: the listing, your reason and your user ID. Visible only to administrators. |
| Push notification token | A device token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can alert you about orders, bookings and fares. |
| Technical data | Device model, OS version, app version and IP address are processed automatically by Google Firebase to deliver the service and prevent abuse. |
Voice search: if you tap the microphone, speech is processed by the speech-recognition service of your Android device (provided by Google). ZONID does not record or store your audio.
Address look-up: when you type a pickup or drop place, your phone's geocoder (Google) may convert it into coordinates.

- Your contacts, SMS, call logs, files, calendar or other apps' data.
- Your location in the background (when the app is closed).
- Advertising ID. ZONID shows no ads.
- Payment card, bank or UPI details. ZONID does not process payments inside the app — payment is settled directly between you and the shop or driver.

- Log you in, secure your account and prevent abuse or fraud.
- Create and manage your ZONIDs and shop profiles.
- Show nearby shops, items, services, workers and jobs, and calculate distances (on your device).
- Deliver orders to shops and booking requests to drivers, and send you alerts and updates.
- Let administrators review reports and remove content that breaks our Terms.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

8. Retention & deletion8. சேமிப்பு & நீக்கம்
- We keep your data while your account is active, so your ZONIDs, shop, products, orders and bookings stay available to you.
- When you delete your account, your login account and the ZONIDs you created are removed from our active database immediately. Other data linked to you — shop products and photos, service/worker/job listings, push tokens — is deleted within 30 days. Orders and bookings that involve other users are deleted or anonymised (name, phone, address and location removed) within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep a record longer.
- Copies in Google backups and logs are removed on Google's normal schedule.
- Job openings expire automatically after 30 days unless renewed.

- வேலை வாய்ப்புகள் புதுப்பிக்கப்படாவிட்டால் 30 நாட்களில் தானாக முடிவடையும்.

9. This website9. இந்த வலைதளம்
The zonid.in website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not ask you to log in. Your language choice (English / Tamil) is stored only in your own browser's local storage so the site can remember it. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and reliability. If you email us, we use your email address only to reply.

10. Security10. பாதுகாப்பு
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with Google Firebase. Access to data is controlled by security rules so that, for example, only you and the relevant shop or driver can read an order or booking, and only administrators can read reports. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your phone and OTPs private.

Under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:
- Access and correct your information — edit your ZONIDs, shop, products and listings in the app.
- Delete your information — delete a ZONID, a listing, or your whole account in the app, or by email.
- Withdraw consent — for example, remove your job-seeker profile or turn off location permission.
- Raise a grievance — write to info@zonid.in.

12. Children12. குழந்தைகள்
ZONID is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the app grows (for example when new features are added). The "Last updated" date above will change, and we will announce important changes in the app or on this website.
