ZONID – Location ID & Shops (com.zonid.app)

You can delete your ZONID account and associated data at any time.

Option 1: Delete inside the app

  1. Open ZONID and log in with your mobile number.
  2. On Home, tap Delete account.
  3. Read the warning and tap Send OTP.
  4. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
  5. Tap Delete and confirm.

Option 2: Delete one ZONID

  1. Open the app → My ZONIDs.
  2. Tap Delete on the ZONID you want to remove and confirm.

To remove only a name, address, category or phone number, use Edit details.

Option 3: You cannot open the app

Email zonidofficial@gmail.com with the subject Delete my ZONID account and the mobile number used to log in. We may ask you to confirm that the number is yours. We will then process the request and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

  • Your login account (mobile number and user ID).
  • Every ZONID you created, including its location and date/time.
  • Location and Shop details saved with those ZONIDs, including name, category, address and contact number.

Deleted records are removed from our active database immediately. Copies that Google keeps in backups and logs are removed on Google's normal schedule.

This cannot be undone. A ZONID shared with others will stop working once it is deleted.

முறை 1: App மூலம்

முறை 2: ஒரு ZONID மட்டும்

  1. App → My ZONIDs.
  2. நீக்க வேண்டிய ZONID-க்கு Delete அழுத்தி confirm செய்யவும்.

பெயர், முகவரி, category அல்லது phone மட்டும் மாற்ற வேண்டுமெனில் Edit details பயன்படுத்தவும்.

முறை 3: App திறக்க முடியாவிட்டால்

zonidofficial@gmail.com-க்கு Delete my ZONID account என்ற subject-ல், Login செய்த mobile number-ஐ சேர்த்து email அனுப்பவும். தேவையான verification முடித்து request-ஐ process செய்து confirmation அனுப்புவோம்.

என்னென்ன நீக்கப்படும்

  • Login account (mobile number மற்றும் user ID).
  • நீங்கள் உருவாக்கிய எல்லா ZONID-களும்.
  • அவற்றுடன் சேமித்த Location/Shop details.

Active database-ல் deleted records உடனடியாக நீக்கப்படும்; Google backups/logs-ல் உள்ள copies அதன் normal schedule படி நீக்கப்படும்.

இந்த நடவடிக்கையை மீண்டும் மாற்ற முடியாது. நீக்கப்பட்ட ZONID மற்றவர்களிடம் பகிரப்பட்டிருந்தாலும் அது வேலை செய்யாது.
